The essentials
A few simple rules for a private mountain stay.
These policies apply to direct reservations at The Magnolia Ranch. By booking, the reservation holder accepts responsibility for everyone included in the stay.
No children, pets, or additional overnight guests.
Please respect the peaceful mountain setting and neighboring properties.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property.
The person who books is responsible for all occupants and approved visitors.
Reservations
Booking, payment & cancellation
Payment
Full payment is due at booking for direct reservations.
Minimum stay
The standard minimum stay is 2 nights. Minimum stays may vary for selected dates and holidays.
Cancellation
30 or more days before arrival: full refund. 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund. Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed by The Magnolia Ranch and issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
During your stay
Occupancy, visitors & quiet enjoyment
Adults only
The Magnolia Ranch is adults-only. Each cabin is limited to 2 registered adult guests.
No unauthorized guests
Additional overnight guests are not permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in forfeiture of the security amount and termination of the stay.
Outside visitors
Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from The Magnolia Ranch.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. No parties, events, or excessive noise are permitted at any time.
No pets
Pets are not permitted in the cabins or on the property.
No illegal activity
Illegal activity is prohibited anywhere on the property.
Cabin care
Smoking, jacuzzi & fire safety
No smoking or vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited. A violation may result in forfeiture of the full security amount, plus additional remediation costs when applicable.
Jacuzzi care
Do not use oils, creams, lotions, bath products, or similar substances in the jacuzzi. Excessive cleaning, draining, treatment, or maintenance caused by misuse may be charged at the actual cost incurred.
Indoor fireplace
Both cabins have a wood-burning indoor fireplace. Use it only as intended and follow all provided safety instructions.
Open flames
Candles and other open flames are not permitted except in designated fireplaces and approved firepit areas.
Outdoor grill
Use the outdoor grill only for cooking and follow all posted or provided safety instructions.
Property damage
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused by the reservation party or approved visitors.
Arrival & departure
Check-in, checkout & security authorization
Check-in
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Detailed arrival instructions are provided to confirmed guests before arrival.
Checkout
Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Late checkout is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Security authorization
For direct bookings, a security authorization of up to $300 USD may be placed before arrival. It is intended as a temporary hold rather than an immediate charge. If a valid claim is made under these policies, an amount may be charged from the authorized funds.
Security-hold failure
If a required security authorization cannot be completed, the guest may be asked to update the payment method before arrival. Failure to complete a required authorization may affect the reservation.
Damage documentation
The Magnolia Ranch may retain photos, notes, receipts, or other documentation when reviewing a damage, cleaning, or policy claim.
Parking
Parking is included for registered guests. A 4x4 vehicle is not required to access the cabins.
Booking acknowledgment
By booking, you agree to these policies.
The booking guest accepts responsibility for the reservation party and agrees to comply with the applicable booking, cancellation, occupancy, property-care, and payment terms presented during checkout.
