Do I need a 4x4 vehicle?
No. A 4x4 vehicle is not required to access either cabin.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is included for registered guests.
Where exactly is The Magnolia Ranch?
The Magnolia Ranch is located in the mountains about 15 minutes from central Jarabacoa and is listed on Google Maps. We don’t publish a street address on the website, but confirmed guests receive detailed driving and check-in instructions before arrival. A 4x4 vehicle is not required.

What amenities are included in both cabins?
Both cabins have mountain views, a private heated jacuzzi, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, full kitchen, hot water, WiFi, Smart TV, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, rocking chairs, and included parking.
What is the difference between Mountain Breeze and Mountain Mist?
Mountain Breeze has a queen bed, outdoor firepit, and patio space. Mountain Mist has a king bed and a more spacious balcony. Both have mountain views and the same core cabin amenities.
Is the jacuzzi heated?
Yes. Each cabin has its own private heated jacuzzi.
Do the cabins have hot water?
Yes. Each cabin has one full bathroom with hot water.
Do the cabins have WiFi and Smart TVs?
Yes. Both cabins include WiFi and a Smart TV.
Do the cabins have a washer and dryer?
Yes. Both cabins have a washer and dryer.
Do the cabins have kitchens?
Yes. Both cabins have a full kitchen.
Do the cabins have fireplaces?
Yes. Both cabins have a wood-burning indoor fireplace. Mountain Breeze also has a separate outdoor firepit.
Do the cabins have outdoor grills?
Yes. Both cabins have an outdoor grill for cooking.

How many guests can stay in each cabin?
Each cabin is designed for a maximum of 2 adult guests. Extra guests are not permitted.
Are children allowed?
No. The Magnolia Ranch is an adults-only stay.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM.
What is the minimum stay?
The standard minimum stay is 2 nights. Minimum stays may vary for selected dates or holidays.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due at booking.

Can I add breakfast or experiences?
Yes. Eligible stays can add breakfast, excursions, massage, flowers, firewood, and approved special requests, subject to availability and any required approval.
Can I have outside visitors?
Outside visitors require prior approval. The booking guest is responsible for all occupants and approved visitors.
What is the cancellation policy?
30 or more days before arrival: full refund. 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund. Within 14 days of arrival: no refund. Refunds are reviewed in accordance with our Guest Policies.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. A $35 USD cleaning fee is added per stay. Taxes are included in the displayed lodging price.
